MCT CNC System

MCT’s in-house developed CNC control and driver system is accurate and highly repeatable. It offers high programming versatility to grind a variety of tools, cutters, and components with advanced geometries. MCT systems are both versatile enough for small job shops and reliable enough for long uninterrupted manufacturing in sub-optimal conditions.

Automation

The MCT in-house developed automatic tool loading system is designed to be fully integrated with MCT machines and the MCT CNC System for greater efficiency, superior cost-effectiveness, and high-level of modularity. Tool and component loading solutions are custom fitted to every application shape.

Software

Centralize and and store an unlimited number of grinding programs by interfacing the MCT CNC system to a Windows PC with the MCT PC Link program transfer software. Easily send programs written or saved on your PC to any equipped MCT CNC machine or send your optimized program from the MCT CNC system to your PC for archival.

Support

MCT provides a high level of customer care with our in-house technologies, technical support, and hands-on training.
