Samatic 6000I&R

MCT Samatic 6000I&R is a flexible CNC Tool and Cutter Grinding Machine providing 8 axis freedom of movement that allows the user to grind PDC, CBN, Carbide Inserts and Rotary Tools such as end mills, reamers, and drill bits in one chucking.

The Samatic 6000I&R is equipped with in-process gauging, using a physical sensing approach to avoid damaging the tool cutting edge.

The Samatic 6000I&R also provides a monitoring camera system and is supported with an optional automatic loader which will fit custom applications.
