MCT6000I&R PCD|CBN Insert & Rotary Tool Grinder

MCT6000 I&R is a flexible CNC Tool and Cutter Grinding Machine providing eight (8) axis freedom of movement that allows the user to grind PCD, CNB, Carbide Inserts and Rotary Tools such as end mills, reamers, and drill bits in one chucking.

The MCT6000 I&R is equipped with in-process gauging, using a physical sensing approach to avoid damaging the tool cutting edge.

The MCT6000 I&R also provides a monitoring camera system and is supported with an optional autoloader which will fit custom applications.
